As an 8th Generation Loudoun County native, Beverly began her career as a REALTOR® in 1981 and achieved her Broker's license in 1987. Her vast experience has included ownership, management and for the last several decades she has been out in the field listing, selling and helping her customers and clients. Previously Bev, along with her late husband, Buzz O'Toole, worked together with her son, Brian Hope; Bob Lafferty, buyer's agent; and Cheri Brundige, office/client care manager as 'the buzz team' - a consistent Top Producer team with the Dulles Area Association of REALTORS® as well as a member of the elite RE/MAX Chairman's Club. She holds the Certified Residential Brokerage (CRB), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Accredited Staging Professional (ASP), and Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designations. Bev is a past President of the Dulles Area Association of REALTORS® plus a REALTOR of the Year and Code of Ethics Award recipient. She is dedicated to serving her clients' needs making sure that their move is a pleasant and stress-free experience. Referrals are the basis of her business and she is interested in building strong life long relationships founded on trust, built on integrity, and focused on achieving the best possible results. Over her real estate career, Bev's extensive knowledge of the community and background have enabled her to help hundreds of people make their dream of owning a home come true. She treasures the lifelong relationships she has made over the years. Bev has lived in Purcellville, Virginia since 1971 on a portion of the farm that has been in her family for generations. As an active member of the Round Hill United Methodist Church, has served in many leadership roles and was commissioned as a Stephen Minister in 2014. She has two wonderful children, five beautiful grandchildren, and a golden retriever named Gabriel.

Cheri has been working with "the buzz team" (RE/MAX Regency) since joining them in 1998 and now is the Advantage Realty Associates office administrator and client care manager. She previously managed a doctor's office for 13 years and before that was a real estate agent licensed in Virginia and then later in Colorado. A native of Colorado, Cheri orginally moved to Virginia from Colorado in 1971 but moved back to Colorado in 1986 to take care of some family matters. Cheri lives in Leesburg (Loudoun County) and is a true asset to the team. Clients love working with Cheri as she sees to every detail of the transaction in a friendly, positive manner striving to ensure a stress-free real estate experience for all.
